wAKE UP I WOKE UP!!!!!

Its been ages since i left my old job and also since i wrote a word on this blog, but in between i was actually busy setttin up myself as a fashion stylist:) and boy am i prouud!!!! life has never been more satisfying and to all ya people if you have to wake up to your dreams its NOW!

Its risky to follow your dreams because you are the only person who knows your demons best, i know them too and its not easy to fight the little odds, but if you have the conviction and passion to prod your dreams then why not, i say WHY NOT!!!!!

Carol Humtsoe, the first Naga to get a contract with Elite Model Management, i am as excited as i would be if i had my own show at NY fashion week!!! all the good wishes needed and a lot of prayers too!! Carol Humtsoe,

I am presenting my sister on my blog and it gives me immense pleasure to watch my Little sister fo through a drastic metamorphosis, i mean just yesterday she was this" not really charming baby girl" she could almost have passed off for a funny looking baby boy and thats putting it kindly( major loss of baby tooth, hair growth or rather hair cut gone wrong and all) you seriously dont wanna know! Yoy ve come a long way baby sis!!

Today i just wanna scream so loud cos i m so proud !!!

I did the Fashion styling, My first professional Shoot for which i am humbled. thank you Lord.

I think curves are sexy and i have no problem if someone is plus sized and if a model is skinny well thats not going to disturbt me either if she has attained it the right way, let me be honest i love Karmen Kass, Natalie Vodianova, Lily Cole, Gemma Ward and the queen of it all Kate "The Lovliest kick ass Queen" Moss and there is not much in them that i dislike. aND SERIOUSLY I THINK A LOT OF GIRLS NEED TO WAKE UP TO THE TRUTH THAT EVERBODY CAN'T BE SUPERMODELS, IF ITS NOT HAPPENING, ITS NOT HAPPENING. DONT PUSH YOURSELF TO THE EXTEND OF SPOILING YOUR LIFE AND SPOILING FASHION S SAKE!! ITS NOT THE ONLY CAREER CHOICE, THERE ARE MANY DIFFRENT GLAMOUR CAREER CHOICES IF BEING SKINNY NATURALLY IS NOT YOURS TO TAKE THEN ITS NOT , I DONT INTEND TO DISCOURAGE MODEL WANNABES BUT I MEAN, ISNT YOUR LIFE PRECIOUS, AND DEFINITELY MORE PRECIOUS THEN A CAREER.

I DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING AGAINST PEOPLE WHO ARE ON THE CURVIER SIDE AS MUCH AS I DONT AGAINST SKINNY GIRLS, SOME PEOPLE JUST HAVE IT, ITS NOT MEANT FOR ALL AND ITS NOT THE END OF THE WORD IF YOU ARE NOT SKINNY!!

kONICHIWA pPL!! this sketch is in a lot of ways special because i sent this out for a competition by Wigan and Leigh in collabartion with Femina and Ftv AND ACTUALLY WON A 50 % SCHOLARSHIP in the year 2003 ( WHICH I CUDNT AVAIL COS I WAS SUPOSSED TO FILL IN THE REST AND NO ONE WAS WILLING TO HELP ME, NOT A SOUL) but i was still mighty proud because i never had any formal training BESIDES MY HUGE SELF BELIEF AND talent.
" I will make it and i swear i will make it proud, i will make it star, i will make it mighty mad, i will have the whole of Tokyo and every teen , every freakin bitch from Harajuku, every Geisha wannabe and every prince and princess eating outta my hands ".

Oh THis dress, ThIS DRESS REPRESNTS ME EVEN AFTER ALL THESE YEARS, ITS NOT NECCESSARILY FASHIONABLE OR EARTH WHIRLING(BESIDES THE YELLOW AND SHOCKIN RED PIRATE BOOTS) BUT IT SPEAKS ABOUTA LOT OF MUCK THAT IS AROUND, AND HOW WE FIGHT EVERYDAY FOR OUR INDIVIDUALITY AMIDST RAMPANT SUPERFICIALITY,

THE FACT THAT THE DRESS IS SO DISTORTED TALKS ABOUT HOW WE MISUNDERSTAND THE IDEA OF BEAUTY, ANYTHING THAT IS NOT CONVENTIONAL FAILS TO QUALIFY THE BEAUTY BRACKET, WHEN IN ACTUAL ITS OUR FAILURE TO SEE BEYOND WHAT OUR CULTURE, PARENTS, PEERS AND SOCIETY HAS THOUGHT US, WHICH CAN AT TIMES BE BLINDING. WE NEED TO LET IT BE FOR ONCE AND SEE BEYOND AND DISCOVER THE TRUTH FOR OURSELVES. THE GOSPEL TRUTH. NEAT.

GOD LOVES UGLY (TOO).

on A LIGHTER NOTE THE DRESS IS A LOT OF FUN, DENIM AND CRYSTALS, THOUGH NOW I SERIOUSLY THINK THE HAND BAG IS MUSUEMish but( this was then and things have changed). I LOVE THE MADNESS AND THE FACT THAT I WAS SO YOUNG THEN:))

I Created this like 3 years back and it happens to be one of my favorites, i adore Gianni Versace and its in some way inspired. Its a beautiful and sensual evening gown with fungi prints on a fungi colored green surface, i hope i got that right.
